An occasional series where in no particular order I feature some of my favourite musical moments.
Siouxsie Sioux is one of those artists who never seems to make a false move. Fiercely uncompromising she was right there at the birth of punk and still making exciting an innovative music today.
While perhaps atypical of The Banshees Peek-A-Boo’s avant garde swirl of backwards tape loops is a great showcase for Budgie‘s drumming and a foretaste of what he and Siouxsie would achieve with The Creatures.
